1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Wazend (the “Service”), available at wazend.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by:
When you use the Service you also accept the usage policies of WhatsApp and of the messaging providers it connects to.
2. Description of Service
Wazend provides an API that connects WhatsApp with your applications: it sends and receives messages and files, exposes events through webhooks and lets you automate flows with tools such as n8n or Make.
Each instance is one WhatsApp connection that you link by scanning a QR code from the portal. The Service relies on third-party messaging software and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
3. API Usage and Limits
Your use of the API is subject to the limits and quotas of your plan and to WhatsApp's technical limits. You agree not to exceed them or attempt to circumvent them.
API abuse, unsolicited bulk automation, or usage that degrades the Service for other customers may result in immediate account suspension.
4. Payment and Billing
Fees are based on the instances you contract; sending and receiving messages are included and there is no charge per message. Prices are published in US dollars (USD) and billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on your plan.
Activated instances are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was a billing error or the result of an outage on our side, contact us and we will review it case by case. You can stop incurring charges by cancelling the subscription or disconnecting instances from the portal.
5. Data and Privacy
We process personal data such as your name, email address and billing details to provide the Service, and the messages your instances send and receive pass through our infrastructure so they can be delivered.
We do not sell your data. For privacy, access or deletion requests, write to the support address.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use it to send illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content, or to message contacts who have not agreed to receive your messages.
You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with the rules that apply to your activity, including data protection laws and WhatsApp's policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are the exclusive property of RANGEL GROUP, LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
You keep ownership of your content and data; you only grant us the permission needed to provide the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice and without liability, if you breach these Terms, if there are unpaid fees, or if your use poses a risk to the Service or to third parties.
You can cancel at any time from the portal. When you cancel, your instances stop being available and we may delete the associated information after a reasonable period.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RANGEL GROUP, LLC excludes all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that WhatsApp and other external providers will not change their terms; if that happens, we may change or suspend features.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
Continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them.
